NYHA taught me that doing great things doesn't require to having been born "great" in the first place. I started as a student enrolling in a NYHA workshop in 8th Grade, and it only snowballed from there. I joined competitions, I met new people, and I realized that robotics was something I would have mourned if I didn't take the chance.
Just three years after start with NYHA, I became "great" enough to get a grant in the eyes of the DOST. Even I couldn't believe it. A 500,000-peso grant at 16 years old? But NYHA made it happen. Now, I work with NYHA just so that I can begin to show how thankful I am. Time flies.

I had a great experience at NYHA Robotics. There was a lot of hands-on experience. I think building a robot from scratch was extremely beneficial for me. My confidence began to grow. I believe Coach Arthur played a huge role in teaching me robotics and other technical skills and helping me develop as a person and team player.
The best thing in this journey is that, while it encourages his creative thinking, he also enjoys the game every time he performs. He wants to gain more knowledge and explore more for the future robotics journey.
